Membership in our collaborative platform, the Tech Accelerator Community, is FREE and is open to all industry, academia, nonprofits, and other organizations and activities. As a Tech Acceleratory Member, you will unlock an incredible world of collaboration, activities, and exclusive resources.
Organizations who want to submit solutions to JETX Opportunities, to include prototype and research project opportunities awarded through the APEx Consortium, will be required to upgrade their Tech Accelerator Membership to a PAID membership prior to submitting the solution(s).

Step One
Select the membership plan applicable to your organization based on organization status or number of employees.
Step Two
Create your website account (login and password) and submit it for initial vetting and approval.
Step Three
Complete and submit the membership application and the applicable membership payment plan.

Accept the email invitation to join the JETX Community and start your members only

Note
“Non-traditional defense contractor” with respect to a procurement or with respect to a transaction authorized under section 4021(a) or 4022 of this title, means an entity that is not currently performing and has not performed, for at least the one-year period preceding the solicitation of sources by the Department of Defense for the procurement or transaction, any contract or subcontract for the Department of Defense that is subject to full coverage under the cost accounting standards prescribed pursuant to section 1502 of title 41 and the regulations implementing such section. Most entities will find they qualify as a non-traditional defense contractor because: (1) They are a small business as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) exempt from CAS requirements, (2) They exclusively perform contracts under commercial procedures, (3) They perform exclusively under Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts with adequate price competition, or (4) They perform less than $50M in CAS covered efforts during the preceding cost accounting period.
"A small business" concern, including but not limited to enterprises that are engaged in the business of production of food and fiber, ranching and raising of livestock, aquaculture, and all other farming and agricultural related industries, shall be deemed to be one which is independently owned and operated and which is not dominant in its field of operation.
